Kana Echo respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your data.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- No personal account data. Kana Echo works entirely offline and never asks for your name, email, or phone number.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or analytics services.
- No cloud storage. All app data is stored locally on your device.
2. Information We May Access
- Audio playback. Kana Echo uses the system text-to-speech engine to pronounce kana. Audio never leaves your device.
- Optional user feedback. If you email us ([email protected]), we receive the information you voluntarily provide (e.g., your email address, device model). We use it only to respond to you.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve Kana Echo’s features.
- Respond to support requests.
- Ensure the app runs reliably on your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
4. Data Retention
- In-app data remains on your device until you delete the app.
- Support emails are stored as long as needed to resolve the request, then archived or deleted.
5. Children’s Privacy
Kana Echo is suitable for learners of all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
